River Creek Owners Association

Welcome to the River Creek Owners Association (RCOA) Website.  This is the official website of the RCOA located in Leesburg, Virginia.   The community is a private gated country club community of over 1100 homes with a host of amenities including a championship golf course, clubhouse, swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts, hiker/biker trails, and a marina.   There are softball, volleyball and soccer fields, and children’s play areas next to picnic and barbeque facilities.

River Creek is located along the Potomac River and Goose Creek in Loudoun County about 40 miles from Washington, DC and 16 miles from the Dulles International Airport.  The natural setting includes the majestic resident bald eagles, deer, geese and a "bluebird walk" maintained by residents.  Throughout the community along the hiker/biker trail are park benches situated in quiet cul-de-sacs.  There is always a place to sit down and chat with friends or neighbors.

The views from various locations within the community are second-to-none.  Situated at the confluence of the Potomac River and Goose Creek, River Creek offers an opportunity to canoe and kayak in one of the country's premier historical river basins.

The RCOA is a non-stock corporation in which all property owners in River Creek are members.  The Board of Directors makes decisions and oversees the operation of the Association to maintain the aesthetic standards of the community.  Three legal documents provide the framework within which the Association governs itself and to which homeowners are bound.  They are the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, and the Declaration for River Creek.  Copies of these documents are found in the “Big Green Book” issued to homeowners at the time of purchase.
